Who Do You Read? (Other Than Me)

Copper, you're my best friend! Now, if only you could protect me from daddy's abuse...

The other day, my pal Laura Roeder published an article I wrote about building reader loyalty.

If you want to read the article, click here!

I had written this piece last year and totally forgot about it.  As I was reading it back I was pleased to see that I follow most of the rules that I recommended.

However…

I’ve never asked you guys who else YOU are  reading!

There are other funny and touching bloggers out there and I’d like to know who they are!  I’m making a list, see, of… Well, it’s a list.  It’s not exactly a I’m-sending-over-a-large-Mexican-that-I-paid-fifty-bucks-to-shiv-because-they-aren’t-going-to-be-a-more-successful-blogger-than-me type of list.  Well, actually, it sort of is.

No, seriously, please comment below and let me know who I should be reading to poach their best material and rewrite as my own.

Note : This is probably the ONE time that I’ll allow some self-promotion should you have a blog.  I have advertisers that pay good money to be here, and will not be happy I’m doing this.  For you, I’m giving an extra two days of ad exposure past your agreement.  So, if you decide to list your own blog, do them a favor and click on the advertisers on the right.  They want your love!

I don’t have a lot of time to read anything else, but I read this, and I’ve started reading Youngman Brown. I have to admit that I do read changethetopic.com , but only because I spend so many hours a day poring over it. I have to say also, that it’s not for the faint of heart, so reader discretion is usually advised.

I read all these plus a number of personal blogs from well known authors. I opted to leave my own blog out cause I think I’ve filled up enough space and when you post you can click on my name if you wanna see my blog. Plus it just feels cheap to self-promote on someone else’s blog. I don’t know. It’s weird.

And apparently my lack of pc knowledge has struck again since only half of the links posted as links. I’m guessing cause I didn’t put in the http:// so Just copy and paste em.

other mommy and book blogs I mostly pretend to be interested in but I am really only there for the giveaways. I’m not even a mom, but whatever, they don’t know.

but then I realized she just might be too wacky for my tastes and too much of her might be lethal to me.

I love Humor, but my interest lies with books, like Jacob Lorber,
Edgar Case, and for light reading, Adventure.

You actually make it seem so easy with your
presentation but I find this topic to be actually something which I think I would never understand.
It seems too complicated and extremely broad
for me. I am looking forward for your next post, I will try to get
    the hang of it!
