You get bored and you crave stuff. That’s why the best solution is to allow yourself the treat, just not as often as normal. I mean, you already bike to work, so just cutting out a couple of pizza slamming sessions should do ya. If you think about it calorie-wise, each piece of pizza, with cheese and meat and grease is probably… 250 calories. Which means  merely  2 slices has you at 500; yikes! Good luck on the goals. I don’t ever “set” goals… I just do shit and see results. lol
