This is usually an indicator for some code in the plugin or theme running too early. Translations should be loaded at the init action or later. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Notice: Function amp_is_available was called incorrectly. `amp_is_available()` (or `amp_is_request()`, formerly `is_amp_endpoint()`) was called too early and so it will not work properly. WordPress is not currently doing any hook. Calling this function before the `wp` action means it will not have access to `WP_Query` and the queried object to determine if it is an AMP response, thus neither the `amp_skip_post()` filter nor the AMP enabled toggle will be considered. The function was called too early (before the plugins_loaded action) to determine the plugin source. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. Comments on: Rejected Jokes For A Hindu Wedding https://thoughtsfromparis.com/thoughts/rejected-jokes-for-a-hindu-wedding/ Humor blogger D.J. Paris writes about the most interesting subject in the world - himself. It's worth a look if you're cool. And you are! I cant believe there is also a blog called http://www.mybigfatcatholichinduwedding.blogspot.co.uk  I was the best man at a Jamaican / Catholic wedding once. My speech bombed, so I drank…heavily. Hope yours goes well.

Why isn’t that one okay? I didn’t think it was too offensive. The Catholic joke was really funny too! (I’m not Catholic). It’s probably good you decided to not go with that one though, because even though it’s funny, the really Indian people there they might not get it. Also… I went to a Catholic high school. I have so much material.

I will – I think I wrote 5-6 decent ones.  Although I’m not super excited to be telling gags at a wedding.  Seems weird.  Ha.

“So Dave asked me to write some jokes to tell at this wedding, but admittedly I don’t know much about Indian culture.   So I decided to go right to the source.

I called India.

When India answered the phone, I explained that I was going to a wedding and I needed some help figuring out a good joke to tell.

‘Hold please,’ India said.   I waited for a few moments while I was obviously being transferred.   Then someone picked up.

In a Brooklyn accent, a man said ‘Hello, this is Raj, how may I help you?'”

…I’m not gonna write the whole joke for you, but then you can go on and say how pissed you were that India had outsourced its Support Line to America and how this guy called himself Raj but was CLEARLY American and CLEARLY sitting in some booth right here in America, blah blah blah.

Good luck!
