I still can remember my mother stomping down the stairs at 2 am screaming it was too hot and she was going to spank whoever touched the temp. Obviously she was slightly crazy, but still. Fast forward to today, I got 2 kids. If they are hot I would tell them to go change their clothes, open the window, or go outside if it was cooler. What I would NOT do would be touch the thermostat. Of course, I also took my son’s superman figurine and threw it out my window of my car one time when he was driving me crazy. So maybe I am not a good reference on this. Possibly I am slightly crazy too.
